Your first consultation will take about 1 ½ hours (an hour for babies and children). Follow up appointments are up to 45 minutes to evaluate how symptoms have changed and determine the next step in treatment.
It is important that you remain on any medication, which may have been prescribed by a Doctor. Remedies may be taken alongside conventional medication.
Hypnosis usually involves the person experiencing a sense of deep relaxation with their attention narrowed down, and focused on appropriate suggestions made by the therapist.
